The Purchase Order (PO) has been displayed while the PO status is Awaiting Approval. Does this mean the PO has been issued?
PO can be displayed even in awaiting approval status. The PO number will only be available once the PO is approved by the approver. If the PO number is not available this means the PO has not yet been approved/ issued.
