I would like to bid but there’s an error code related to ‘Kod Bidang’
Vendors need to be registered through the UM Procurement & payment Management System because only registered suppliers can access to submit offers/ bid online through the systemPlease update the company's ‘Kod Bidang’ based on quotation requirements either CIDB or MOF.
Are foreign companies eligible to bid?
No. Only domestic companies are eligible to bid. Registration of foreign companies (Special vendors) is for payment purposes only.
Can the vendors update the supporting documents after confirming the quotation bid?
No. Supporting documents cannot be updated after confirmation.
