- Appointments are based on a first-come, first-served basis. If the appointment schedule is full, the staff in charge will contact you to reschedule the appointment.
- The application can be made as early as three (3) months and no later than two (2) days before the date of the appointment and is subject to vacancy.
- The date and time of the appointment will be according to the official operating hours.
- Applicants must be in the Bursar's office at least 30 minutes before the appointment time. If an applicant is late for an appointment, the appointment may need to be rescheduled. This is to ensure that the applicants who arrive on time do not wait longer than necessary to see the provider.
